Alexandra found her passion for education at a young age, deciding she wanted to be a teacher as early as 5th grade. 

   After learning fingerspelling and getting an ASL dictionary for her birthday, Alexandra chose to pursue Deaf Education in college at Michigan State University. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Special Education/Deaf Education and a Teaching Major in Language Arts. 

   Following her graduation from MSU, Alexandra pursued test prep as one of her very first jobs, taking a position with The Princeton Review as a teacher of ACT prep classes to high school students. It was and always has been one of her favorite jobs of all time. She helped students in Michigan from 2011 until 2015, and then found herself moving with a TPR subisdiary to the Middle East and India, where she continued to specialize in the ACT. She picked up GRE and GMAT training as well, teaching until 2017 with Score Plus Academy. 
   Once she returned from her stint overseas, Alexandra took on various teaching roles in elementary education and special education, working with students in 1st all the way to 8th grade, tutoring and helping individual students with test prep off and on along the way, until Alexandra had a beautiful baby boy in 2022. 

   Alexandra deeply enjoyed a couple of years of being a stay-at-home-mom, but started to earn her Master's Degree in Special Education (completing her first term in 2024) and has now stepped back into her career as a tutor and test prep instructor. She is eager to continue aiding students as they conquer their fears, overcome their anxieties, and excel in defeating college entrance exams in preparation for an incredible future!
